Ultima is a precision CNC-controlled press brake with hydraulic crowning in a basic but very complete configuration. The Ultima machine is equipped with 4 CNC-controlled axes (Y1-Y2, X, V).
Ultima offers the user a heavily built, reliable, precision CNC press brake at an economical price.
The high precision digital encoders at both sides of the machine continuously measure the movement and position of the upper beam (axes Y1-Y2). The data is processed and monitored by the CNC controller which controls the hydraulic valves.
An extremely high level of accuracy is obtained during the movement and final positioning of the upper beam due to the continuous monitoring and feedback of the encoder measuring data. Using this technology,
a repeatability of approximately 100% (+/- 0.01 mm) can be guaranteed.
The synchro system permits two or more machines to be connected together in tandem to provide working lengths of 20 meters or longer. In this tandem configuration, the individual machines can still be used separately.

Die Ultima ist eine hochwertige und schwer konstruierte Abkantpresse, für einen sehr kostengünstigen Anschaff ungspreis. Durch Glasmaßstäbe wird die Position des Oberbalkens zum Untertisch CNC gesteuert überwacht (Y1 und Y2).
Das elektronische Meßsystem schickt die Daten an die CNC Steuerung, welche die proportionalen Ventile steuert.
Durch die ständige Kontrolle der Messdaten, wird ein sehr hohe Grad an Genauigkeit erreicht. Die Wiederhohlungsgenauigkeit ist durch diese Technologie fast 100%
(+/- 0,01 mm.).
Das Synchrosystem macht das koppeln von 2 oder mehreren Abkantpressen möglich, so das Arbeitslängen bis 20 Meter erreicht werden können. Bei dieser Aufstellung kann jede gekoppelte Abkantpresse auch separat bedient werden.

Les encodeurs sont placés sur des faux cols de cygne (Y1,Y2) qui sont reliés à la table de telle manière que la déformation des montants pendant le processus de pliage n'ait pas d'influence sur le positionnement exact du coulisseau. Les vérins (Y1,Y2) sont commandés par des servo-valves gérés par une technologie de pointe pour garantir une parfaite commande du processus de pliage (+ou-0.01mm).
Le système de synchro donne la possibilité de connecter 2 ou plusieurs machines travaillant sur des longueurs pouvant aller jusqu'à 20 mètres et peut être plus. Dans cette configuration, chaque machine peut être séparément utilisée.

Ultima biedt de gebruiker een zwaar gebouwde, betrouwbare, precieze CNC kantpers aan een economisch verantwoorde prijs. De meetlinealen aan beide zijden van de machine meten continu de beweging en positie van de bovenbalk ( assen Y1 – Y2 ) t.o.v. de tafel. Het elektronisch meetsysteem stuurt de gegevens naar de CNC-besturing die de hydraulische proportionaalventielen aanstuurt.
Door de voortdurende controle en terugkoppeling van deze meetgegevens wordt een hoge graad van nauwkeurigheid verkregen tijdens de beweging en vooral bij het
bereiken van de gewenste eindpositie van de persbalk. Door deze technologie wordt een reproduceerbaarheid van nagenoeg 100% (+ of - 0,01mm), voor wat betreft de ingestelde bovenbalkdiepte verkregen.
Het synchro systeem laat het koppelen van 2 of meerdere machines toe waardoor werklengtes tot 20 meter en meer bereikt kunnen worden. In deze opstelling is het daarbij mogelijk elke machine afzonderlijk te gebruiken.

Automatic return of the cut material
With the "RTS" function the cut material can return to the operator in front of the machine. This option is only available with the D-Touch controller, available with a 10'' or 12" display.
Waste SortingWhen your machine is equipped with a D-Touch controller, Deratech is able to equip your new hydraulic shear with a trashcan. This trashcan can be unloaded (depending of the design of the machine) to the front, to the side or to the back of the machine.br>
This system will be positioned under the sheet support system, when this function is activated on the D-Touch controller the sheet support system will automatically move, than the cutted strips of material will be able to fall into the trashcan.
The D-Touch controller has a function to sort small parts. When activating this functions the small parts return into a box placed in the front of the machine. The cutted pieces may have a size to 300mm x 250mm.

Our universal machine for medium and heavy duty production, suitable for most applications. Motor-powered with crowned rolls in needle bearings. The setting of the upper and lower rolls is by hand wheels via worm gears. The upper and lower rolls are driven by a worm gear motor. All transmission is built into one side of the machine making it a very compact design. Plenty of options available. The electrical equipment as per protection form IP54.
